It's since the last bullrun banks and institutions have started tooling up for crypto
I'm not making a case for one coin specifically, but as a whole crypto has beome a real topic for finance professionals. Planning , ressources, time is being put in as we speak by every major bank and financial institution.
Crypto is not dead, the early wild west days of crypto are coming to an end.
You could have been an early Internet investor, picked lycos and myspace and get rekkt, so don't expect any more "rising tide float all boats" bullrun, but don' think for a second crypto is a dying fad, it's the next frontier
