I bought ultra as a burger on bitfinex using a vpn. Don't trade uos/USD, trading in fiat flags your account, and they'll freeze your withdrawals and ask for kyc. I think they also flag for "suspiciously large amounts." I got in at 2 cents and sold it all to xrp to withdraw because of the kyc thing. Now it's at 5c
