Heard the same thing earlier this year, and then Quant announced the partnership with SIA Group which runs the financial network for over 500 banks and fintech institutions. And they're pretty cozy with Oracle (one of around 5 companies invited to Sibos by them), and they've just announced a partnership with Simba Chain which is funded by DARPA. And so on and so forth.

Considering all of that, and all the connections (just look at the circles Gil manages to regularly find himself in), it's really not far fetched at all for some huge announcements to happen that shit all over 99.999999% of projects (which Quant already does anyway in what they've announced to date).
