>premined shittokens

If you buy anything that isn't PoW you're going to get fucking rekt. Even then you're probably still fucked because this entire market belongs to BSV anyway.

Goddamn that Matic chart is beautiful!

BSV will have enough transactions happening onchain to offset the loss in block subsidy.

doesn't look like it the miners reward from fees is $2000 to $5000 on btc and $1 on sv. it's a nothingburger. it will sustain nothing.

>> No.16517705

>>16517680
We're in a bear market. If BTC can't maintain a high price (and fundamentally why would it?) then it's extremely fucked. 500MB blocks are enough to offset the subsidy. BSV is positioned very well. BTC has no answer to this beside making the price higher, which isn't in Cores control.

>> No.16517790

>>16517705
btc is positioned better. also msot miners have a breakeven around $5k only s9 miners have it around these prices. there will be a short period of unprofitable mining to squeeze out the old miners. all the miners have to do is stop selling for a little bit to start the next bullrun until that the smart ones are shorting from 14k to 13k to lock in their profitability for next year. it makes absolute sense to short bitcoin if you expect revenue in bitcoin.

the king is going nowhere. shitcoins on the other hand all go to zero no exception.

>> No.16517968

>>16517790
>all the miners have to do is stop selling
>what are operating costs

It's not that simple. BTC isn't king. It's a usurper.

>> No.16518073

>>16517968
you think they have to pay daily for their costs?
come on... they can do a few months without selling. and lik i said they can technically operate below their breakeven price too.

>> No.16518102

>>16518073
I don't think you realize how competitive mining is. They may have a small war chest, but that doesn't mean they have the luxury of speculating on the price.

>> No.16518114

>>16518102
>They may have a small war chest
of course of course... it's not like they have been mining at 3 times their breakeven for months. they must be starved absolutely fucking starved which is why they invest heavily in new hardware and shit because they see the halving as a potential disaster.

you are absolutely fucking correct. i think it's time to sell my bitcoins.

>> No.16518153

>>16518114
Do you know what equilibrium is?

Look at the hashrate. There has been a non-stop wave of new market entrants to meet that. We are in a bear market and the ability to sustain the hash will decrease, couple that with a halving and a chain that can't scale for transactions and you have an implosion on your hands. BSV is the only fucking one that even has a chance at making up the block subsidy and then some.

stop confusing people sv is not bitcoin. it can't actually be bitcoin, because once you fork off the majority hash chain and tinker with the consensus algo there is no going back. you simply cannot undo that bullshit. what you could do is fork from bitcoin again but this time with consensus and majority hash. that's never gonna happen tho.

Once PoS is proven viable by big chains the government is going to ban PoW coins.
