How much money is your apartment?

Also city and bedrooms please.

I'm looking at getting a $650 one bedroom in the outskirts of Pittsburgh.

I don't know whether to be jealous or face palmed. Honestly Bloomfield is around $900 for a one bedroom, so to pay that much is pretty crazy.

honestly, work in the US. you can usually get the same salary if you're in an in demand field in nominal terms. rent will usually be cheaper (or at least not as fucked up) and our economy dying will, i think, make homes even cheaper.

you've got bungalows in scarborough selling for 500-700k. it's not realistic. they're going to go down at least 20-30%, if markets are actually efficient.

also, AirBNB is cancerous for homebuyers/renters

$600 for a decent sized house rental in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

you can literally purchase a house for $5k down payment and $500/month here. The American Southwest is severely underrated and hopefully it will stay that way. I love all the retarded kids moving straight from college to the coasts and siphoning their paychecks straight to landlords' bank accounts. Kids always learn too late that a social life in a big city isn't worth $10k+ a year.
