Dr. Disrespect is pretty close too because of his meme personality, but Tyler1 and Greek together were S-Tier entertainment. It's more like 0.001% of streamers nowadays. There are so many <5 viewer streamers all putting in minimum amount of effort, it's kind of crazy. Not sure how they think they'll get discovered.
But yeah if you have a good personality AND are good at games you can still make it. I'd say YouTube or other social medias are important for discoverability, since twitch has none of its own.
Doctor's cheating scandal brough him a huge viewership boost, for example.
