They've slowed down to a few hundred a day since BTC went below 7k instead of the 1.5k they have been for months. Seems like either they're waiting for the price to recover a little bit. I don't think they'll HODL as like 6 of them have been arrested and it's almost certain authorities are tracking them too and they want to sell as fast as they can. Estimates have at the current sell rate they've been going at we have 1.5 to 2 months until they're done. If we assume all miners are sellers, the PlusToken scam is dumping an additional 60% of the daily mining supply onto the market. What we may see early next year is actually a "double halvening".
