I'd urge anyone to actually look into both these projects. Their target clients are enterprise data/financial companies. Constellation is working with the US Air Force. Quant is working with some large EU banks. Research and form your own opinions. These companies may not accomplish what they're looking to do, however calling them shitcoins is seriously disingenous.

I don't mind quant but it's a legend built on loose links and mou's. Adding a extra token and layer to existing centralized dlts is pointless for interoperability whether they hide it in opex fiat costs or not. I will keep following for the next pump. ( We all knew quant x was a dud right) but obviously it's not a buy now
