Protip: companies set those standards so that they can legally state that they've searched domestically. When they fail, they can then hire H1Bs who are less qualified for 1/5 of the pay and zero benefits. Get around this by working for two years at a smaller company and then reapplying to the larger company for the mid level position you didnt look at that strangely has just about the same qualifications as the entry level position. Get the job and enjoy your salary increase.

Ha, that's something I've recently noticed too.

after graduating university I went to three job interviews
Didn't get any of them, saw people way dumber than me getting jobs and so just quit bothering with that bullshit

Lie and say you worked somewhere for a year and a half. Give a buddy's number as your supervisor and tell him to lie for you. The worst that will happen is you wont get the job that you weren't going to get anyway and you may get the job because hiring retards often dont check anything when hiring entry level positions.
