What do you think about LIT? Are there any stakers here?

Anyone interested in this project?
>the only deletable blockchain
>gdpr compliant
>strategic partnership with SAP
>ultra low market cap

>> No.16432385

There are some people here interested in this project but for now its back in the beta phase which means there wont be much happening with it. The patient ones will be rewarded, anon.

Jup I think that is a very cheap entry you will have here. IDEX and Hotbit are two exchanges for it. Binance DEX is also there aswell

So read the "technical white paper" of LIT only to find out that it is neither very technical nor of high academic quality. Since this is not a research paper I can let that slide but.. how can they write 12 pages of blablabla without precisely describing their own design? It`s literally just blababla some do this now bla others does that bla bla Quantum computing bla bla we trust in TLS bla bla we are GDPR compliant because malicious nodes will just delete data as promised XD

The following copypasta is like 5 times in their whitepaper to make it look longer:

"
To ensure a transition path towards postquan-
tum transport security, without knowing of a
scheme we trust to certainly provide it in an
efficient and overall compelling way, we pro-
pose to use the standard transport layer secu-
rity (TLS) for communication between nodes:
We expect TLS to develop a future encryption
(and authentication) option offering postquan-
tum security "

From reading the paper they seem to have literally no idea about staking LMAO

This is a joke. What they are trying to accomplish will be achieved by Hypeledger and IBM

the paper really looks like a SCIgen paper.

Do they at least have 1 (!) single CS PhD with experience on actual distributed systems or better consensus protocols?

I merely read "PHP dev" or "Frondend dev" (WTF should they even develop in the project? Create the website? And some "blockchain seniors" who probably only know to script some coin flipping smart contract.

vs. the Hyperledger team with Linux Foundation and IBM who will actually develop these type of blockchains.

they don't

whoever they have struggled very hard to do the BEP to ERC bridge and failed miserably at staking

Look at the author. White paper was literally written by Dr. Juergen Mueller who is the CTO of SAP. Kinks will be worked out in the coming months. Also just look at the news regarding Germany and crypo. Perfect storm is brewing.

This coin got heavily sold due to a couple of factors.
> token unlock of private investors
> mainnet bug
> /biz/ coordinated fudding complete with Greta posting and insinuations of exit scam.

I've looked into this and token unlock is not all that big. Officially 4.4 million per month for november and december yet it seems some investors are fine with waiting longer. Only 2.7 million tokens got unlocked in November.
No other irregular dumping has taken place thus an exit scam seems highly unlikely.
Also at just 3 million mcap (of which less than 2 million in team hands) it seems hardly worth the image damage such an exit scam would inflict upon the high profile founders, investors and advisors.

So probably pretty undervalued at this point.

I got just the 5k for staking pool awhile ago. Staked and did compounding rewards. Not getting any rewards yet but they said they would back pay. Who know with this one anymore really. Just seemed like for a little over 100usd it was worth a shot.
>>16432654
Yeah biz has gone full retard. No original insults just calling people brown skins and such these days.
>>16434759
I agree. I feel bad for people who got in at the hight of hype for this but now seemed like a good time to give it a very small shot.
