I just got an email from my bank asking for proof of funds. Thing is.. these are all cash withdrawals from crypto and God knows how many trades I've done, there is no way in hell I can provide all of that shit + some of them are on exchanges that are now dead (i.e. Bitgrail).
Wtf do I do /biz/ anons? Do I ignore the email and hope they forget (lol)? Do I send a dick pic (it's a female asking for this info)? Please help, I'm literally sweating over here

The most probable reason why a bank sent a POF to you, is one of the exchanges you used is suspected of being involved in something dirty. Which means they've already alerted the government of the country you reside in, it's the law, they have to.

>Do I ignore the email and hope they forget (lol)?

This is how children think. This is adult stuff. Time to put on the big boy pants and give the bank what they're asking for.
Get used to sweating, btw.

Just don't do anything.
>get rid of your mailbox (you aren't required by law to have a mailing address)
>don't ever answer phone calls
>stop checking out email
From here on out only communicate with people via snapchat and telegram

It's from Kraken, they must be reputable. And thing is they asked for info only for 2019, but I've been in this shit from summer 2017. If I send trade history only for 2019 it won't make any sense..

I haven't done this yet, but once my parents croak and I get my big check I'm doing all of this. It's basically living like a modern day mob boss. Now is that childlike? Nope. It's based.

Kek. What would a cpa do? You're just going to pay him $10k and hand over all your passwords and accounts.. Fuck that. Just ghost them OP. Find a new bank, a new exchange.

POFs are usually requested, like a mortgage company will request a POF from a buyer, to prove they can make their payments. When a bank requests one, they got red flags somewhere in the transactions they're seeing.
It's pretty fact specific, in terms of what the bank is asking for, and why. And the bank isn't going to tell you what they see, and what triggered them.
If the OP did nothing wrong, he's got nothing to sweat. Me? I'd probably pay a tax attorney a hundred bucks or whatever their flat hourly rate is to run it by them, and see what they think. They'll say comply - and the OP should, because an adult would, unless he's into some shady shit, and he knows it. But a tax attorney would have more experience with what a bank might be seeing.
A POF isn't a legal issue. You can ignore it, and all the bank can do is ask you to take your business elsewhere. It's not a court order, or anything. But 100% the government has been notified, they have to, per banking laws, report anything that makes them send out a POF. If the Feds start asking for documents, lawyer up.
