The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham

Ray Dalio Principles tells you the methods he used to start and manage his hedgefund and also his approach to problem solving that informs how they make financing decisions. I don't know any other billionaires that have written such an indepth book.

Felix Dennis - How to Get Rich seems pretty good as well. Again, actually written by a wealthy man, not someone who's fortune comes from the paradox of writing self-help books or is a business journalist.
