These two coins have already failed by design. Controlling the distribution of the supply of the token is essential in decentralization.

LINK holds 650 mill tokens, the majority which they hand out to potential partners and network users, only 350 mill was sold through ico, this is good design for a pre mined coin.

RLC and ENG has literally both released all of their tokens already from the total supply, in addition they are worth only a measly 7 mill and 13 mill 2 months ago, so their so called “decentralization” has already failed by design.

What you see now, is one very big ass whale who already bought all of the rlc coins for 6-7 mill and is now shilling it to all of you for 7-8 x the price trying to make it look legit.
