OP, if you struggle to resist fomo you have to take steps to stop it, don't just "use self control", that's not going to work. You need to remove yourself from sources of excess information such as 4chan, discords, etc. People there are trying to make you fomo and they're good at provoking it.

Come up with a plan for your funds that you believe in and stick to it. I used to fomo TERRIBLY, in fact lost a 6fig sum by chasing shitcoins most of last year, absolute degen shit. If I saw a pump taking place I'd have an anxiety attack - severe - until I bought in. Always right at the top, the very last order before it dumped.

Make a plan (we can help) and stick to it. Once you stop staring at charts and stop going on /biz etc you will be calm and confident and know that you'll succeed.
