Holy fuck, I can’t fucking handle this anymore. I work as an engineer, there is ONE woman on the design team out of 10 engineers and she is absolutely insufferable. Maybe the worst human being I’ve ever worked with in my life.

She is CONSTANTLY trying to start shit with people or gossip behind people’s backs. She will make snide remarks to your face if you don’t know something (which happens al the time, it’s a fucking engineering job) and she is a pain in the ass to work with because she won’t spill the beans on what she’s thinking, she tries to make things sound more complicated than they are to boost her ego or something.

This is not a one off thing either, every single workplace I’ve been in it has been women and like 70 year old boomers who are absolutely horrendous to work with. As if wagecucking wasn’t bad enough, I’ve got to deal with these fucking morons who live to gossip about completely inane things. Literally ever other male I work with is a perfectly acceptable and good guy. Fuck I am so sick of women, we might need to lock them in cages.

For me it’s not even a competence thing, different people learn at different speeds, they have different backgrounds that lend to being better at the job etc. But why do women need to just gossip about insane things? Why randomly try and make people feel like shit?

The lady I work with was just talking down to some entry level kid we just hired because he didn’t know how to do something and she acted like it was just too much for her to show him. We all have to do that from time to time. Dumb bitch.

It amazes me how I thought my girlfriend and the other women around me were just bad ones. Then from all my friends I hear they complaining about how their girlfriends are trying to control their lives and I realize it's the standard.

At work I have no female coworkers, however just being around them in the workplace elsewhere was infuriating. The amount of whispering and gossiping, then they turn around and scold some coworker for doing shit they do routinely.

Fighting women is a fucking trap. Treating them like a male coworker is hilarious because women will fucking burn you alive but you won't even know it. A man will maybe say he doesn't like you to others or passively bring up your conduct here and there. A woman will fucking crucify you and make sure she explains to everyone how big of a big dumb meany you are. You'll make one comment and then in 1 month everyone is looking at you like a monster because suddenly you're a piece of shit and you didn't even know what's been going on. Women are far superior at the social game because they play it 24/7. They hardly ever work unless they are one of the few introverted ones.

Women will win any social fight at a business hands down. HR will never side with you and at best you get a talking to about keeping your comments to yourself and being tolerant and kind. The best, without a doubt, strategy is to not fight. Be the guy who never says a negative thing and you will live. If you say one bad thing or go after her you will be skinned alive and your work life will become a living hell.

I had several middle management roasties make my life living hell at some point I snapped and basically told them what I think about their behaviour and how it fucked up the projects we were working on. end result they all ganged up on me, circulated my emails within the company as evicende and a week later I got a phone call from the CEO. he even ended up agreeing with me that their behaviour was bullshit but I "should still apologize because you hurt her feelings". I refused to do that and now i dont work for that company anymore which is honestly a blessing.
