In its current state? No. The act of sex is a very human thing, For robots to emulate it, It would take very advanced AI to the point where they would be distinguishable from humans. In terms of technology robots don't compete with real women, We are at least a decade away if not more. You're talking about emulating human movements and things like human face symmetry and skin. We are still in the uncanny valley, Robots humanoids can be easily differentiated between real humans which shows we are a long ways off. When robots become more human, and I mean in a real way, Then we will see such things as robots having passionate sex with humans. I would like to think of it as the video game detroit: become human, I think the setting of this game really sets the tone of what the future could be and should look like in terms of robots. Anything less of this is just a gimmick and will not be a real competitor to the sex industry and women in general. Women will need REAL competition, And the only way to do that is develop a robot that is as good or better than a woman.
