There's 4-5 decent ICOs per year (compared to 400-500 shitty ones in 2017), and they tend to use the network as much as the ones from 2017.
Mostly DeFi stuff.
Also Elon Musk himself publicly said he wants to build sth on it.
ETH will at the very least go near its ATH valuation. And it will definitely go up in sats.
