It's a cool idea, but it won't catch on. Brave has almost none of the browser market. Other browsers like Opera that are really cool and have been around for decades struggle to break 2%. Brave browser won't be doing that anytime soon, since it's only incentive for people to use it are a few pennies a month for clicking on ads.
And that's not even getting into Brave's inability to properly render images, text, etc.

Here's a thought:

People won't like using BAT to "tip" people if the price is so high that they have to tip fractions of a single BAT token.

That being said, that would still leave room for BAT to reach like $1 per token. In fact that'd be a good price for it to stabilize at, because it'd make donations easy to calculate/convert in the user's head.

The argument for bitcoin was that people wouldn't want to spend large amounts of USD on small fractions of a bitcoin. Which is actually still true. It's true even for me.
