During the peak of previous bull, ETH had gone to$1400 but the volume was just around$8B. Now it's at $180 and the volume is higher than the previous bull run and has been increasing since inception. Does this mean whales are accumulating ?

most of it is wash trading. ETH's real volume would probably be 200 - 300 million at most

Whats your point here?
31% of network is fucking usdt moving around
9% all eth is locked in defi ppl doing p2p longs, borrowing, leding, minting synthetics etc so yeah...

Im dont think thats good or bad for for eth, acually risky as fuck but its fact

there are not that many burger exchanges: Coinbase, Poloniex, Bittrex. That's pretty much all. And a few low-volume ones.
