Bitcoin bases its price in scarcity.

Ethereum need to be developed to increase value and price.
Bitcoin only needs to exist to increase value and price.

I am not saying ETH is shit, its an amazing coin but ofc BTC will outclass it in terms of price. Flippening will never happen.
