I just signed up and got my account. Its basically a mobile bank that gives you a FREE german bank account. Free German IBAN number and a FREE debit card. Can be used to send and receive money instantly.

Sign up process was simple. Identity verification via video call with some call center nerd. You have to pose a bit in front of the camera like a retard and they take pics of you, then you have to show him your passport and id card and they check the security features on the card to see if its a real one. Call was a minute or two.
