When it comes to starting a business don't wait around for the "perfect" idea. You will most likely never come up with anything that is fail proof. There are plenty of people who get rich by starting businesses that don't really revolutionize anything. The entrepreneur (you) is usually more important than the business idea. Also, most business ideas change over time as the business evolves. Perhaps your initial idea is to make an uber for bicycles but after 1 year in business you realize that manufacturing low cost bicycles is a better business for you. As you go along you will gain experience, connections, get new ideas etc. These things you (usually) can't get by sitting at home theorizing about business ideas.
Also, don't be (too) afraid of failing. Most succesful entrepreneurs have at some point in their lives.

I would like to learn more about the actual /biz/ness man here. How did you start and work on the business while having enough money to eat and live? This is what kills me.
