try looking in the ethereum wallet maybe, there should be a button/search bar somewhere to bring up erc20 tokens. when you find it make sure you test it first by sending a small fraction of a link back and forth between your ledger and the exchange. also you’ll need a (very) tiny amount of eth as gas to send link so buy like $5 worth

Unironically I hold half my stinkies on Coinbase and half on Binance. There's a bigger chance of me fucking something up than Coinbase or Binance majorly fucking up. If there was a secure timely tested wallet with a 2fa like phone sms or Google Authenticator, I would maybe use that. I really need to look into the attack vectors of a crypto wallet.
