Making it is simple math. Work 100 hours a week for >$30/hr+. Now you have 150K+ income. Do this for 2 years+. Now the bank will lend you up to $1.4M on property with only 3.5% down, through FHA loan program for up to 4 units.

Find a building worth $2-2.5M fixed up, and Airbnb it while you're fixing it up. Now your net worth should be like 500K from 2 years of 150K income, (say 200K saved), and buying a property at least 300K less than its worth after factoring in repairs etc..

So you're worth 500K now, maybe 600K in <3 years. Now you should have a property worth ~$2M that you can rent out 4 units in a good area for $130-150/day on Airbnb. So lets say you make $600/day average because cleaning fees should offset any other expenses you have.

So you have a $1.4M mortgage, lets say $8,000/mo to upkeep the property and 15K in Airbnb income.

Your 4 unit is staged properly, and you sell it to an investor for $2.2M. After selling costs, you keep $2.1M. Lets say all of your income went into repairs, so now 3 years later, you have a net worth of 700K, and you can repeat this process a few times and you're retired.

TL;DR: Get a high income for 2 years to qualify for massive FHA loan (3.5% down), buy distressed property in great area for 20-30% off, fix it up, stage it, use Airbnb to offset holding costs (don't have to deal with evictions this way), resell to goyim for 500K+ profit.
