Hi fellow autist fren. Don’t feel bad, 5k link is pretty good. Are you in school, working, or neeting? If neeting, stop. If you haven’t started school it might be too long to handle.
5k link is nice, it’s a you won’t have crippling regret stack. You’re an autisf, so with 5 mil and the staking returns you’ll find cool stuff to excel in. I’m late 20’s, school was hard but it helped me grow socially. Work can do the same.
Remember to not pour too much money prematurely into your own projects. You probably have obsessions like me, monetize them. Start small, for example (pick something not political, it’s easier), let’s say you really like trains, nature, or alcohol. Make a cheap website and start filling it with your writing. Get ads on it. It will start slowly but you’ll get traffic. Like making games? Put out a bunch of shit on the mobile stores, literally trash tier games still generate revenue, still lots of work and risk of time wasted.
My advice, find something you like to consume/wear/buy that has low cost to start selling. You like a particular fabric? Like flannel, corduroy, or velvet? Buy a few rolls and sell it on amazon. Save some money and start selling affordable shit. Reinvest in inventory, but don’t grow too quickly.
Then put extra money in link.

I'm 23 and have an associates degree in something irrelevant. I'm NEETing, but trying to find a job. It's hard when you have big gaps in your resume. I'd like to work in IT, that's what I've been applying for.
I had to sell 30 link today to feed myself and it was gut-wrenching, it's got me in a terrible mood.

Unironically bullish
>200,000th of all the collateral needed every 3 to 7 minutes to cover derivatives trading, yet to be created financial instruments, insurance, iot, the unfathomable kinds of contracts needed to mediate bot to bot automation of every kind, and more.
Imagine if BTC could do all of this, 21 btc is 1k link, and 21 btc is hard af to get. OP has 5x 21 btc by this metric, but instead of holding 21*5 btc, he holds 5k link and can buy more at decent prices until end of Q1 2020.
t. just bought another 5k link

Did you see the thread the other day about how to help anons out financially?
I suggested to anons to look into FHA loans. Specifically first time home buyer FHA loans. I would get a wagie job if I were you to build up credit, then when your credit score is above 580 you can apply for an FHA loan.
You only need to put 3% down on a house so $5,000 can buy you a ~$140,000 house.

You just need to make sure that you mortgage payments don't exceed 41% of your monthly revenue.

Then boom. After the first year of living there you rent it out (make sure rent would cover the mortgage cost). You can always use the first home to leverage to buy a second too. But I only recommend that if it pays itself off.

You need to have a vision for the future anon. And with a plan like this you can start amassing nice wealth. Keep in mind that with FHA loans you have to pay more for mortgage insurance. And the house you want to buy needs to be evaluated by an inspector if it was made before a certain year (I believe). But the benefit is that you can put 3% down to buy your home.

On second thought, since you would need to build credit for about six months, you might have enough saved to get a conventional loan and have the down payment ready (depending on where you live). Also I'm pretty sure that down payments can be gifted if it's your first house.

Which state are you in anon? If you're in NY or CA, I would recommend getting minimum wage job and then buy a nice house in Tennessee or Texas for ~120K.

Sell your link for a shit coin with a low cap that hasn't pumped yet. Sell when it pumps. Link isn't going to 100x lol

>Link isn't going to 100x lol
this may be true, but don't invest in a coin.
Sell your link, keep it in the bank, get a wagie job, build credit (don't spend more than you make and already have, keep it all the same basically), then use the money you have as a down payment once you have good credit.
This is a good way to get a NORMAL loan, and since you're a first time home buyer, you'll be able to get some advantages since you live in the US. Plus, you can rent the house out immediately as opposed to using a FHA loan, where you have to live in the house for a year before renting.
