>the 2nd coming of the Katowice stickers
They're not. The thing that made the Kato '14 stickers stand out from the rest is the fact that they're the cleanest team stickers you'll ever find.
But now that they're little to non existant people moved on to the Kato '15 ones. This will keep happening with all stickers from all of the old tournaments until either Valve stops making CS:GO tournaments (unlikely), or they crack down on stickers much like they did with keys recently.

Regardless of the outcome, you must be pretty retarded to think CS:GO is an actual investment opportunity at all in this day and age. Go pull a McSkillet, please.

Unironically true.

I bought a SG553 - Tiger Moth (Field Tested) at 0.9€ and it's now traded at 3.93€
A Bizon | Judgement of Anubis at 2.10€ and now is traded at 4.92€
And so on...
The only problem is that, trading it in Steam they cut you 15% or something.
If you want to cash out instantly on third party website is even worse, their estimate price is 50% lower than market price.

If you want to do a good investment, head for keys.
Not the ones bought in-game; the ones available in the Steam market.

Eventually they'll cost a fortune.

You guys know someone already made a decentralized, trustless escrow steam skin trader using chainlink...right?

No scams or need to trust anyone, tiny fraction of a % trade fees, and powered by the god protocol (CL).

This market is gonna crash because it is heavily manipulated and the demand is artificially inflated due to gambling sites and trading bots.

Besides all that the game has a major cheating problem that the developers are unable and unwilling to do anything about.
People made good money from it though, but that we will see a continuation upwards with this 7 year old cheater infested shit game is highly unlikely.

Almost all csgo items trend downwards over a long period of time. There is also hefty fees every time you trade. The liquidity in these markets are also so low that if you wanted to liquidate, it could take months. Of every possible financial market to invest in, this is up there with the worst.

>> No.16167010

csgo skin liquidity is ASS unless you are selling $500-$1000 items to collectors in which case you will deflect 500 scammers and eventually sell to a chinese buyer who wants $100 off your already $200 discounted price. it's fun to turn a bit of profit here and there, but there's no longer mclaren money in csgo skins. it's difficult to liquidate all skins in a predictable timeframe, especially when bills must be paid by a certain date and you are actually selling csgo skins to pay them.
