How much do I sell a owner operator brick and mortar business that makes 35k profit a year on 90k in sales and has 15k in equipment?

I was thinking of asking 70k but the first couple I talked to said yes and they are more savvy then me. I think I'll still take it but I couldn't find any standard valuation for small businesses.

idk but with 70k into btc (preferably before 10k is a stable price), you will be able to retire in about a yr or so from now.

But anyways, idk what to determine a sell price for your business.

Part of the business I am not selling was a GPU farm in the back room. I have 5k in ETH and BTC currently. I'll probably spend another 15k post sale and put the rest into dividend growth stocks.
