agreed. I have a job before biz. After biz? Hate the concept of wageslaving and quit my job. Now I do not have a job. Every jobs I have applied to, when they call me, I did not answer the phone because I just knew the interviews is only for them to find out who is the most desperate so they can pay the applicant the lowest salary but he can do 1000 jobs for the company. This is just one of the reasons why I hate /biz/.

I hate and love /biz/ at the same time, because I learn so many things, yet these knowledge are destroying me. I want to be ignorant again :'(

You're fucking retarded. I recently started a new job. I already had a great job(for a HS diploma holder), they headhunted me. I asked for 58. They gave me 65. Shitty businesses do what you describe, but in general, good ones want talent and will often pay for it.
