Is there a reason not to use a "free" stock trading app?
Lay it down here, should I play my birthday gift money here?

I have it. Dont know why. Stocks are a meme. Better off just going on coinbasepro and buying btc. Robinhood doesnt even have wallets for btc. If you want to convert your btc to an alt coin or margin trade it, you cant with robinhood.

That was my next question. How the fuck can I find and enter into a coin market that isn't just a scam to steal my bank account?

coinbase pro to turn usd to coin. Afterwards you can transfer to binance.us, kukoin, etc.

for margin trading theres kraken. With a vpn, you can use primexbt or bybit.

I threw some money on it to try it out. Like it so far, and use it to mostly options trade.

Do they? Who does that? Last time I looked they all wanted $20/trade, and to get over that I'd have to save weeks worth of cash in a 0.01% savings account to make a volume worth opening a position, let alone making a dollar.

What's the difference between Coinbase and CoinbasePro?

Ameritrade, Schwab, etrade all went to no fees

Coinbase is the normie way of buying crypto, Coinbase Pro is for nerds. That is, one is user friendly and hard to fuck up, while the other one is confusing at a first glance. By using Coinbase Pro, you save money. Regular Coinbase has a convenience fee.
