I need a full-time job. How awful is it?

>> No.16056610

depends. if you can get a job where you are sitting all day it's 10x easier

The only full time job I ever had was lawnmowing in 30 degrees Celsius summer heat. Suck between two sweaty boomers traveling between jobs in our ute.

It was actually comfy as fuck, in the sense that hanging out with your boomer bros working hard and smoking weed during the breaks is comfy.

However I would recommend starting a window cleaning business.

All you need to start off is 100 dollars worth of supplys and if you want to get off the ground quickly maybe 1000 dollars on basic advertising?

I do not have a degree or experience. Can I learn skills online very quickly? I am considering learning as much about bookkeeping as possible in one week. That must be an easy job.

I have a job where I get to play with million dollar equipment everyday. it's pretty ok I guess

i actually was an accounting major before i switched, i managed to get an accounting certificate from classes that i had already taken. wasn't enough, bookkeeping positions require experience. they are getting automated like mad.

its going to be tough finding a job if you have a huge work gap. delivering pizza is probably the comfiest low-wage low-requirement job if you have a car.

if you need a full-time job now, then go on google maps and apply to every single retail store that shows on the map through their websites. you will get a response

>> No.16056778

also apply for fast-food places, forgot that. desperate retail stores+retail will hire you so long as you don't have a criminal record.
when i did that i applied to a total of like 6 places and heard back from 3. its much easier than the hell of linkedin

I wish that I knew how to program. I suppose anything is better than these Amazon/UPS warehouse jobs. You do not need a resume for those at all but they sound awful.

I have a full time job working security and it's fucking easy as fuck. Facility I'm at nobody can really get in without approval so I basically walk around giant rooms all day listening to music. Had to get government level clearance so they pay more than the average security gig. Find the right job even if it isn't glorifying and you'll be plenty happy. I used to work for Allstate as a claims adjuster and this is basically the same money but no customer interaction. It's amazing
