leaf uni graduate here, get into a co-op program then just get a loan for your first year or two (if you're in ontario osap is interest free until you graduate).
with co-op you'll have a 4-5 work terms spread out until you graduate. All in it only took 5 years and I finished with 20k saved and with a decent paying full time job.
