the level of reliability should be:
100 % guarantee that it will not fuck you over financially like a toaster in a bathtub in any given trade,
70-99% guarantee it will make at least some profit or break even for any given trade. (the higher the
likelyhood of a profitable trade you are looking after, the less trades will have to be taken (a strategy is selective, less sensitive, potentially less profit but more reliable obviously)
do this in multiple time frames and find the best one for a given pair taking everything above in consideration. the higher the time frame, the less attention to fees and all that obviously.
