If I am in debt, can I get a business loan still? I want to try to get a $100k loan to pay off my personal debt then play around with the money and hopefully profit. I have a good business plan that I can provide to the banks so they can approve my loan. How does it even work to get approved? My business currently has no credit and $0 balance

Yeah, it’s pretty easy. Once you’ve taken out a 100k loan to pay off your debts, then use the rest to “play with”, all you have to do to cover your now 100k debt is to just take out another loan this time 150k to pay off your debt and “play around with” the rest.

The irs does lurk here but mostly for fun and to find ideas to pass along to their superiors in the hopes of getting a promotion pushed up. We don’t get to lurk at work unless they are specifically assigned to investigate crypto, and even then they can only lurk for research and not to catch some poor autist.
