They are banning Cash transactions above 10,000, but the sneaky gambit is that the bill has provisions to lower this limit without any consultation, already the same (((people))) and business lobbies instrumental in introducing the bill are already proposing for the limit to be lowered, they say it's to fight organized crime but people in police specializing in organized crime say it won't do jack shit, they also received 4,000 submissions in the consultation process for the bill (usual is 20-30) and the government refused to publish the submissions publicly (which has to be done by law) there is now an inquiry into that, the whole thing absolutely reeks.
