MARK MY WORDS. Within the next 2-8 years, there will be a major financial crisis within the United States which will go on to impact the world economy much like the recession in 2008 did. This will be largely caused by the hyper gentrification in many cities in the United States, as the rising property value in these cities by the construction of luxury sky rises and mediocre coffee shops will inevitably make such towns financially uninhabitable for most middle-class and even upper middle-class Americans. In turn, many will move out of cities like New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, and the decline in inhabitants (as well as the rise in homelessness) will inevitably impact big banks and the American economy as a whole. The relatively recent rise in tariffs on imports from China will also play a major role in this crisis, as these tariffs will ultimately hurt American consumers the most through an increase in the prices of products, especially at retail stores. Although many have argued that these tariffs encourage companies like Apple and Nike to move manufacturing from China into the United States, the fact of the matter is that no American wants to work in a shitty sweatshop for a large corporation and, furthermore, the price in certain products like iPhones will increase anyways. The ongoing rise in student debt, as well as credit card debt by many younger Americans, will also play a big part in this new "great depression". Many large banks like Wells Fargo and BOA will also fall under this failing economy. HEED THESE WORDS AND REPENT.
