Band Protocol’s new financial data sources include crypto price tracker CoinGecko, investment firms DeSquare and the Woodstock Fund and finally an unknown Chinese staking pool. The firm said that “all four sources are from different regions and industries to minimize the influence of geographical, political and industry-wide events.”

Chainlink’s data is limited to the ETH/USD pair (from 19 network nodes), whereas Band Protocol already has data feeds for both the ETH/USD and BTC/USD pair.
