I only use my car maybe 2-5% of the day.

Literally it is sitting there depreciating and losing money. If I can rent it to someone and have it pay for itself I most certainly will clean it more often.

Plus a Tesla requires minimal maintenance. On a Porsche you install a rev counter and check the tire wear after a trip. You tell them if the car goes over x revs they're done etc.

Your opinion is like telling a landlord not to rent land because it'll cost him some effort to maintain
