Interesting. 40% of the market is unrealistic but even cornering a small % of the market will cause pumps and huge speculation, add in a bunch of utility that the team is constantly working on, and $20 / BAT isn't completely out of the question even at say 5-10% of market share

Doesn’t tell the whole story.
Doesn’t account for the growth BAT can have.
It’s trying to make sense of bat relative to the current advertising market. How much would you pay for someone to see a banner ad with a less than 2% click through rate.
Vs someone sitting in a car and honking the horn

Yes, 40% likely won't happen. However 10% is a possibility.
They currently have 8M active monthly users and their Click-Thru-Rates are about 15x industry average.
Given those above stats (especially the 15x industry average on CTR), the price will rise....this is not "speculation" its almost built-in. Advertisers are going to deploy to the cheapest / most efficient platform....and getting a 15x gain will cause lots of new ads to be purchased (and those ads must be purchased using BAT, therefore a price rise is built in).
Using the above chart, knowledge of what the CTR are, it will be possible to determine what a "proper valuation" is fairly simply.

All of this only focuses on ads, this hasn't touched dVPN yet, which could be another significant cash cow.

In hindsight, the mozilla SJW cabal that kicked brenden out signed their own / and possibly googles death warrant.

Yes, its just trying to make the upside potential clear to even the most clueless bizraeli

There is no reason why brave can't have multiple profitable income streams given the underlying tech: ads, dvpn, dapps, ecommerce, etc.
Brave removes about 90% of the friction for things like "paying with crypto" or "running a fantasy football as a dApp game". Big potential.

It's Pajeets letting the browser run to generate tokens. No one uses it, because that shit is shady as fuck. It was actually half-decent at the start of 2018, I installed it recently and it's trying to run update every 30 minutes (you can't turn that off), keeps calling home every hour and runs some shady processes in the background. Even after I uninstalled it it kept some processes on the PC and they kept trying to send data until I scrubbed the program files and the registry.

How does this even make sense? if there is a finite amount of BAT, and the primary way to obtain BAT is through a free market exchange, then you can't predict the valuation by the extend of it's usage.
e.g. let's say i have 750 million BAT and i am not gonna sell any of them for less than 10$. Then the implied price of BAT at "2% market share" would not be 1.13$ but 2.26$.

there is, by definition, only 1.5B bat you stupid diversity hire.
