Big brain here, however the prophecy was always a self-fulfilling one. People always talk about market sentiment and "do opposite /biz/ hurrrr" but only feel an opinion is valid if it mentions that there will be harsher times to come, and lower prices. Everyone seems to forget to do the opposite when the general market sentiment is that the market will fall. People think they are being un biased, even when they are bullish, by including that they expect a bearish trend, its just psychology.
