Here in the Philadelphia area rents are low end $750, average 11-1200 and 'luxury apartments' go from 16-2500 per month. Of course size and proximity to negroes will substantially alter said prices. ...But pretty average for city living, rural living is a bit cheaper, say 15-20% on average.
