Why even live? There is no chance that my salary would be increased as there is freeze for many years. You have to leave company and come back. What to do? It is so depressing, i am literally melting.

Look, if you think you are worth more than what the company has currently valued you at, then you have to act like it. If the company doesn't think you're worth that, but they just hired a newbie at 40% higher than you, then you need to get the fuck out of that company, and honestly...you're probably getting fired sooner than later anyways.
