I don't eat much meat (I'm more of a fish type of guy) and I think it's correct to limit the meat consumption but Beyond Meat is shit. Only americans can't eat something made in a fucking lab. Just eat real vegetables, grow your own and eat healthy food just like us Yuros. They should ban fast foods and bam, you solved the meat problem. McDonald's keep cooking hamburgers and if they don't sell them after 15 minutes they throw them away. Limit waste and meat consumption per family (like you can eat meat 1 or 2 times a week) and you are good to go.

Eat real meat if you want meat. Fuck cares if it's expensive. Good food is better than cheaper, shittier food. Canola oil is a carcinogenic when heated up, unlike olive oil. It's the cheaper option that's why they use it. And since you have to heat these burgers up it's bad enough without lowering test.
>stroke-prone
I'm sure the effects are not just limited to whether one's nervous system is screwed up or not.
Manufacturing testosterone has more to do with the gut and hormone factories in the brain than the nervous system m8. And that oil is going to be going into your gut.

Hippy scientists want you to eat bugs, so why would they want to scar you away from canola oil when it's a step in the direction away from meat?
Look up what happens when you heat canola oil up. Not good for preventing cancer in the long run.
