No clue really. I don't see any benefit to an integrated in game currency that can be exchanged cross-platform and cross-country either. Not like gamers would ever want to sell their legendaries in one game and pick up equipment and other buffs in another. I certainly haven't ever heard of in game cartels either making a profit selling items, leveled characters, or elite ranked accounts either.
