When steaking is announced, there will be many pools, which means that people who bought LP shares probably wasted their money.

>> No.15925621

brief bull market until it drops
afterwards, it bleeds out after people realize that the rewards are miniscule due to non-existent adoption.

Most pools will use Linkpool trustless contracts (thus giving a fee to linkpool), a first-come first-serve approach with staking limits or a legacy token to determine who will be able to stake like linkpool shares.

So good luck being either the fastest guy getting in or paying a third class pool in order to get in

Its already here

just transfer for staking rewards

SDL is great and has some great partners in Australia, but they already acknowledged the staking limits problem. They confirmed they were looking into a solution similar to linkpool, creating their own token

What if Google runs a Chainlink node and it offers every type of data feed imaginable and it becomes the biggest Link node in the world? Link will still be very valuable, but you won't be able to make much by steaking because nobody will want to use your node. I'm still all-in on Chainlink

No they didn't, they said they will never require a token to stake. STFU MOGGED LINKPOOLLET ENJOY STAKING 5 LINKS WITH YOUR 59 LP SHARES

I think that all the corporations, exchanges, and banks with data to monetize will run their own LINK nodes

i guess it's only downhill from here
you'll definitely be one of the guys who posts pictures of sharpies in his ass for linkies later on down the line

Their admin in the old discord:
>"We are actively looking into restrictions in the US at the moment. In regards to a waiting list, this is something we hope to not have to use. At this point we are basing demand off community engagement and the testnet app usage - if we feel the demand exceeds what our platform will be able to handle, then we will investigate our options further."
Tldr: the demand is going to be huge, there will be a waiting list

I think people care more about accurate information than decentralization and the nodes with the best reputation for providing accurate information will accumulate the most jobs.

Then there are natural incentives for others to enter the market and make money doing the same shit. You braindead NPCs who are so used to the government ‘helping’ with everyone just can’t wrap your head around something where the government is completely irrelevant. Smart contracts ultimately represent the death of government leeches.

Wow a waiting list sounds much worse than paying 55eth to allow me to stake 6 link. Fuck signing up on a list for free. Thanks for looking out for my financial well being, just bought 100k linkpool.

>> No.15928899

the more you think about this
the more you understand that chainlink is not needed and that its trying to solve non existent problem
