Well generally Pittsburgh is a low wage city in an area that recently had a large housing price increase. Historically low housing prices that justified the low wages. So basically the city isn't that affordable anymore. Population age job growth is miniscule.

Not to say the city doesn't have good parts. But it depends what you are after. Museums, zoo, sports, amusement parks sure.

There’s no way actual APY comes anywhere close to this, is there? It’s gonna be .05% or something, like every savings account, right?

I’m trying to think of the downsides, but it’s debit, and when they sweep it from the SPIC accounts, it’s to FDIC accounts, so there shouldn’t be a problem with my money just disappearing right? Unless there’s some fuckery that goes on in the process.
