look at LINK charts and BTC/altcoin dominance charts. you can also take a look at other major altcoin charts, they're all mostly the same - bullish.

LINK is also developing a descending wedge on a shorter time frame (cup and handle on larger) which is yet another bullish signal.

The only thing that can prevent a mini alt season from breaking out right now is major BTC volatility.
