you're a brainlet if you haven't realized by now that whales and investors are not incentivised to market dump. if you have 1m usd worth of RSR and you arbitrage you're making at least 30k in profits if RSR does nothing but crawl. if you instead choose to market dump 1m RSR it will dump the price down and you end up with much less than 1m worth. this is why most shitcoins dump in stages and not all at once. so let's say they want to dump in stages, it will take probably just as long to get the same profits and without the added benefit of the extra profits from arbitraging... so why market dump? other than to fulfill your "prediction" there's no reason to market dump.
