No, NordVPN is fine. But probably blacklisted. We gotta Google if PIA VPN (similar to NordVPN) isn't too.

But, just for checking purposes. Did you clean your cookies before entering coinbase site again? Have you checked if your IP really changed?
Also, don't use shitty VPN, they can sniff you data and leak it to public. (Don't worry about NordVPN)
