in general they are just looking to see that you don't come off as a complete psycho.
also, fast food joints managers tend to have a fragile ego. don't try to look overly qualified or insinuate you are better than they place in any way

The guy interviewing me had me write my name and phone number on a peice of paper during the interview (which went okay I guess). During the interview he put little "x"s near the names of the others who came before me and put a checkmark near my name. I'm hoping thats a good thing.
