I second this comment I downloaded from libgen and he just Rambles on for whole chapters using pretentious language when he could basically summarize a chapter into 4 pages. He tries way to hard to sound smart and reading is a labor. Some of what he says is good advice but you have to apply it to your own life into specific situations and not just accept it blindly.
